Athena Marie Story Songs handles song requests at athenamariestorysongs.com. Contact Athena at athenadumire@gmail.com for privacy questions, corrections, deletion requests or permission withdrawal. Notice updated October 1, 2026.
Information used
The request form collects your name, email, story, occasion, creative preferences, pronunciation notes, intended use and desired deadline. Order records may also include agreed terms, communications, payment status, invoice references, permission records and delivery links. The optional first-listen list collects subscriber contact information separately.
Purpose and services
Information is used to assess requests, communicate, create and deliver songs, manage payments and permissions, and maintain order records. The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure; Resend sends automatic confirmation emails. Email, payment and file-delivery services also process information when used for your order. The website does not request card numbers in the song intake form.
AI production and sensitive details
Suno is used for AI-assisted music and vocals. Relevant creative instructions, lyrics and story details may be submitted to Suno. Its own terms and privacy notice govern its processing, including licenses for service improvement and model development; this is not a promise that material is excluded from training. Share only necessary details, use aliases where appropriate, and omit account numbers, identification documents and highly sensitive information. Discuss any sensitive story with Athena before production. Do not submit another person's private or protected material without appropriate permission.
Public sharing and choices
Your order is private from public showcase use unless you give separate written approval. Choosing permission to ask is not permission to publish. Review publication and revenue-producing song uses require their separate permissions. Updates from the first-listen list are optional; request removal by email.
Storage and deletion
Records are kept as needed for the order, delivery support, permissions, payment records and legal obligations. Ask which records are retained and request correction or deletion by email. Athena will explain any records that must remain and handle deletion requests with the relevant services where possible. Copies already downloaded, independent provider retention and backups may not disappear immediately. There is no promise of permanent file hosting; download final files and keep your own copy.
